2012 Tom Brantley AFCEA Invitational Golf Tournament and Montgomery IT Summit Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Bronze -- $800 Hole Sponsorship: 18”x24” Sign w/Company Logo on a Golf Tee-Box. Bronze sponsorship includes one paid morning golfer.
Silver -- $1200 Corporate Sponsorship: 2’x3’ Sign w/Company Logo displayed around putting green or practice tee. Silver sponsorship includes one paid afternoon golfer.
Gold -- $1800 Corporate Sponsorship: 3’x8’ Banner w/Company Logo displayed around putting green or practice tee. Gold sponsorship includes two paid afternoon golfers.
Platinum -- $3000 Corporate Sponsorship: 3’x8’ Banner w/Company Logo and optional tag line displayed around putting green or practice tee. Platinum sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception.
LCD Scoreboard -- $3500 Corporate Sponsorship for one of the quarter panels on the large digital scoreboard. Scoreboard sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception.
Golf Tournament Breakfast (TAKEN) -- $3500 Corporate Sponsorship w/ Company Logo sign over the entrance to the food tent. Breakfast sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception.
Golf Tournament Lunch (TAKEN) -- $3500 Corporate Sponsorship w/ Company Logo sign over the entrance to the food tent. Breakfast/Lunch sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception.

Drink Carts -- $3500 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for a drink cart all day. Drink cart sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception. AFCEA will furnish the drinks. Sponsor may provide drink cart drivers (1 or 2) for the morning and afternoon sessions, or request AFCEA to provide drivers.
Snack Cart -- $3500 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for the snack cart all day. Snack cart sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception. AFCEA will furnish the snacks. Sponsor may provide snack cart drivers (1 or 2) for the morning and afternoon sessions, or request AFCEA to provide drivers.
Driving Range -- $3500 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for providing the range balls all day. Driving range sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 2 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception. Sponsorship may include a special activity on the driving range, morning and afternoon.
Pin Flags (TAKEN) -- $5000 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo on each of the 18 green pin flags all day. Each golf group will see the corporate logo pin flag on each of the 18 holes. Pin flags sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 3 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception.
Golf Carts (TAKEN) -- $5000 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for providing all the golf carts all day. A sign will be placed inside each golf cart recognizing your company as the sponsor of the golf carts and will be seen each time the player gets out of or in the golf cart. Golf cart sponsorship includes three paid afternoon golfers and up to 3 paid attendees at the AFCEA President’s Appreciation Reception.
Masters Level Sponsorships Available - $5000 and up: Custom Signage w/Company Logo and Benefits Packages beyond the standard levels of sponsorship are available. Call Tom Brantley @ 334-201-4111 to discuss one of these unique packages.
Door Prizes (Copper) and Ditty Bags (?) Sponsors -- In a addition to the sponsorships available above, many companies contribute items for the door prizes and/or the individual ditty bags. Support for these two items is encouraged and appropriate recognition will be made. Historically, on the day of the tournament, AFCEA raises additional money from the selling of door prize tickets. Each golfer receives a ditty bag with corporate logo items.
MITS Conference Breaks -- $2500 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for one of the MITS Conference breaks on Tuesday; one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
MITS Luncheon (TAKEN) -- $5000 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for the Tuesday MITS luncheon.
MITS Evening Social -- $2500 Corporate Sponsorship w/Company Logo for the Tuesday evening MITS social.

About our Golf Tournament

Plan to join us on Monday, May 21 as we kick off Montgomery IT Summit 2012 with our annual Tom Brantley Charity Golf Tournament. Be a Wynlakes Country Club member for a day and golf one of the South's premier clubs.

Proceeds from the Golf Tournament benefit the Montgomery AFCEA Chapter Educational Foundation. Since its inception, the Montgomery AFCEA Educational Foundation has invested over $3 million dollars in scholarships and other benefits for Montgomery area students, helping to transform Montgomery into one of the fastest growing centers of technical excellence in the Southern United States.

Your registration fee covers all costs for this fun event, including three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), practice range balls, greens fees, cart rental, and drink carts.

NOTE: Registration for the Tom Brantley Charity Golf Tournament does NOT include registration for 2012 Montgomery IT Summit. Registration for that event (at additional cost) is available at http://afceamontgomery.org/Events?eventId=341498&EventViewMode=EventDetails

Teams are decided by handicaps given during registration. Play is a scramble format. Skill prizes are available, as well as prizes for the first six teams. The tournament consists of a morning and afternoon flight, with all golfers coming back together after the afternoon flight for dinner and recognition of the skill prize winners and the top teams. We wrap up our evening with a quick report on the proceeds from the event and a drawing for the door prizes. Rental clubs are not available.

About Wynlakes

Golf at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club offers an experience that is exciting and challenging. The 200 acre championship course winds through rolling hills, 14 shimmering lakes and large oaks with dangling moss. Beautifully manicured fairways and greens, colorful landscaping, and strategically placed fountains and bridges make each hole a splendid visual experience.
The golf course, designed by world renowned architect Joe Lee, opened in 1986 and was renovated by Billy Fuller and re-opened in 2006. Diverse course design features such as sculptured fairways, plentiful bunkers, and plateau greens enhance the challenge. Multiple sets of tees offer players of all abilities an enjoyable round.

Montgomery IT Summit 2012

Join the excitement as we return to the beautiful Marriott Renaissance Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center to host the annual Montgomery IT Summit. Our theme for this year's event is "Fostering Joint IT: AF’s IT Endgame is the Exploitation of DISA".

Registration for MITS 2012 is free for all Government attendees. A government email address is required for registration and a government ID will need to be shown when picking up your MITS conference badge on site. The Tuesday Luncheon is not included in the free Government MITS registration.

An additional fee of $20 will apply for all Government attendees to attend the Tuesday Luncheon.
